Description
<ul>
<li>Installs/Upgrades, tuning and troubleshooting of SAP NetWeaver Business Suite</li>
<li>Interfacing with other Infrastructure teams such as server and database support</li>
<li>Assist infrastructure and database teams in the requirements definition and design of HA/DR, backup/restore, and monitoring</li>
<li>Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in the areas of performance monitoring and tuning and systems configurations, designs and implementation.</li>
<li>Provide documentation for technical and process related activities.</li>
<li>Provide support and maintenance for daily administrative tasks including transports, OSS notes, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and other duties as assigned by supervisor</li>
<li>Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex environments (e.g., clustering, high availability, load balancing, etc.).</li>
<li>Function as point of contact for production SAP BASIS related issues.</li>
<li>Conduct ongoing monitoring and maintenance to ensure stability and optimal performance on all server environments.</li>
<li>Keep management up to date on any outstanding production related issues.</li>
<li>Participate in On Call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.</li>
<li>Provide training for support personnel (which include Help Desk, computer technicians, and trainers), internal/external customers, and management.</li>
<li>Provide written documentation for support personnel (which include Help Desk, computer technicians, and trainers), internal/external customers, and management.</li>
<li>Provide assistance for support personnel (which include Help Desk, computer technicians, and trainers), internal/external customers, and management.</li>
<li>Adheres to company software licensing policies and practices.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or a related field</li>
<li>Three (3) years of SAP Basis experience including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Experience with 2 or more of the following: ECC, BW/BI, Solution Manager and/or Wily</li>
<li>Two (2) years of experience with either PI 7.3 or higher; CRM 7.0; SCM-APO 7.3; MII 12 or higher</li>
<li>Experience in Enhancement Packages and Switch framework implementation</li>
<li>Experience with system refreshes</li>
<li>Requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and/or internationally</li>
<li>Ability to effectively prioritize and direct the execution of tasks in a high-pressure environment.</li>
<li>Ability to conduct research across a wide range of computing issues.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.</li>
<li>Additional work hours as required, including weekends.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport</li>

<li>SAP Netweaver Certification</li>
<li>Experience with SAP Process Orchestration (P.O., version 7.30 or higher</li>
<li>Experience with SAP CRM 7.0</li>
<li>Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus</li>
