A very successful boutique recruiting firm based in Lincoln Park in Chicago is seeking a Marketing Assistant for their expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of related experience and must be familiar with social media platforms.
 
Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant
 

  • Assist recruiters with daily tasks such as searches on LinkedIn
  • Update social media pages
  • Responsible for database management
  • Answer email
  • Edit documents
  • Assist in online marketing efforts
  • Anticipate the needs of the managers
  • Perform other administrative needs as seen necessary

 
Requirements of the Marketing Assistant
 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Must be familiar with social media platforms
  • Very skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

 
Compensation and Benefits for the Marketing Assistant
 

  • Up to $15/hr
  • Will be offered training, benefits and an office environment created for success (including an 800 square foot outdoor deck overlooking the skyline, complete with lounge seating and a super-size grill)
  • Environment that allows for flexibility in order to meet employees’ needs and obligations outside of the office

Salary: $30,000.00 – $30,000.00
